An Emerging Force in the Nonwovens Industry

Flo-Tec Industries Corporation was organized in 1995 as the holding company for its two subsidiaries - Flo-Tec, Inc. and Atmore Industries, Inc. Flo-Tec, Inc. was founded in 1983 and services the air and liquid filtration markets. Flo-Tec, Inc. has its operations in a 35,000 sq. ft. facility in Plymouth, Michigan. The acquisition of Atmore Industries in 1990 has allowed us to improve upon our leadership roll in the filtration area as well develop other nonwoven markets. Atmore Industries owns a 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and distribution facility in Atmore, Alabama.
